Mission: To assist in facilitating continual improvement in systems and people bringing joy in work, increased profit, and reduced cost.
Vision: Clients will have a constancy of purpose statement to guide them. They will use the tools of continuous improvement and the tenants outlined in Deming's 14 points and system of profound knowledge. Clients will continually improve - leading to achievement of their mission and vision. We will have a long term relationship, and we will be referred to other clients because of their satisfaction with our services. We will have fun, be flexible, and continue to learn and embrace new ideas and technology.
